Ask some questions, share your stories.
Sharing whatever you gather through this project is totally up to you. Here are a few quick and easy ways to share your stories (or just your experience) as you explore connection through questions.
☎️ Call me at +1 415 212 8872
Seriously. Call me. Let’s imagine it’s the 90s and you’re untangling the cord to your kitchen phone. Call +1 415 212 8872 and leave a voicemail.
Start with your first name, age, and three identifiers (job, passion, whatever you like). Read the question you’re answering, or share it as part of your answer. This isn’t meant to be formal, so make it what you’d like!
📬 Send an audio clip
Enter the 21st century, and use that recording device that also doubles as your ‘phone’. Capture the audio with a voice memo, video clip, or any other way you feel comfortable capturing audio.
If you’d like to share back with the community, send it to questionsthatconnect@gmail.com or submit a link to your audio clip:
🤐 Keep it to yourself
My original goal for this project was to build connection between strangers. In one format, this happened in a private setting where those strangers would be the only two to hear the conversation. If that’s more your style, power to you! Treasure that story for yourself.
It would help, though, if you could shoot me some of your thoughts / feedback / feelings after you tried this out. My email, phone, or this form also work for that.
